Coq au Vin - PICK UP ONLY


A French classic dish - chicken braised in red wine and brandy, with bacon, mushrooms, fresh herbs and shallots - divine.   Serve with creamy mash to soak up the juices. 


Ingredients: Chicken, bacon, shallots, mushrooms, olive oil, butter, thyme, bay, parsley, garlic, chicken stock, brandy, red wine, salt, pepper.

Potential allergens: Dairy products.  Other potential allergens are used in our kitchen and cross contamination may inadvertently occur.

Best reheated from thawed: Remove sleeve but leave film in place and place in pre-heated oven at 1800C for 15-20 mins then remove film for last 10 min till bubbling.

Store in a freezer at below -180C.
