Drop the Beet
Classic beetroot dip with a hint of lemon and herb, super easy to use in so many different ways
A delicious way to make quick and easy dips at home!
Add 2 tablespoons of Drop the Beet dip mix to 1 cup of greek yoghurt or aioli (or half and half), leave to mingle in the fridge for ten minutes then serve with veggie sticks, chips or roast veggies!
90g jar, you should get 4-5 servings from each jar
Try this vinaigrette recipe:
25ml cup white wine vinegar
25ml cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon beetroot dip and shake it all up in a jar
Add to your couscous salad for a lovely twist on a classic, or mix with sour cream to dip your roast spuds in the uses are endless
Ingredients: Beetroot powder, onion powder, sumac, sea salt, cumin, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, parsley, chives, lemon pepper, garlic.
