Packed full of fresh local ingredients and nutritious foraged stinging nettle - good for us and a vital breeding ground for our Red Admiral (kahakura) butterflies - found nowhere else in the world and in decline. Try Wild Kimchi with eggs, cheese, pork, noodles and rice, pizza, hotdogs, corn fritters... we could go on all day! It's one of our all-time favourite ferments!

Ingredients: napa cabbage, daikon radish, spring onion, red pepper powder, garlic, ginger, coriander, nettle leaf & NZ sea salt. Yay, a kimchi that's GF, DF, V.
