Sweet, earthy red cabbage and beetroot kraut is a nutritional powerhouse that will drive your taste buds wild. Packed full of local fresh ingredients and lovely peppery nasturtium leaves foraged from our Fermentary garden. Heavenly with just about everything – from burgers to Buddha bowls, falafel and roast meat.  Mix with garden greens for a beautiful salad or add a pop of colour to your next grazing platter.  Another great kraut to re-wild the kids.

Ingredients: green cabbage, red cabbage, beetroot, nasturtium, ginger, coriander seed & NZ sea salt. GF, DF, V.
